Planning your visit to Reims
In Reims, the Christmas market stretches along the Hautes Promenades in the city centre. You walk it from one end to the other, which makes it a natural stroll rather than a square to cross. Wear comfortable shoes and allow an hour or two to pass all the chalets.
The 2026 dates have been confirmed by the city, but this edition’s opening hours have not been published yet: the French page shows last year’s hours as a guide, and we will update this page as soon as they are announced. As a rule, Monday is the shortest day and weekends are the longest.
As the market is very close to the station, the train is a simple option for a day trip. Entry is free; you only pay for tastings and purchases. To plan your journey, the market’s page on the Saveur Marché map gives the address, directions and the other Christmas markets open nearby.
